デンサの両端間に接続され前記発熱体の異常昇温に相当
する前記平滑用コンデンサの出力電圧を検知して前記発
熱体への電源供給を緊急停止する第1保護回路と、前記
第1保護回路と並列に前記平滑用コンデンサの両端間に
接続され前記第1保護回路が検知しない前記平滑用コン
デンサの異常出力電圧を検知して前記第1保護回路を強
制動作させる第2保護回路と、前記バッファ回路と並列
に前記信号検出回路の出力側に設けられ前記バッファ回
路の故障時に前記発熱体の異常昇温に相当する前記信号
検出回路の出力電圧を検知して前記第1保護回路を強制
動作させるモニタ回路とを備えた発熱体の温度制御回路
