記伝動ホイールをトルク伝達機構を介して空転不能に嵌
合させ、前記おねじ部の一方に、前記伝動ホイールを前
記係止鍔方向に押圧する第１の締付ナツトを螺着すると
ともに、前記おねじ部の他方に、前記第１の締付ナツト
を伝動ホイール方向に押圧する第２の締付ナツトを螺着
し、これら両締付ナツトをボルトを用いて相対回転不能
