To explain with reference to the drawings, an insertion hole 2 is bored in a concrete wall plate 1, a transport pipe 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 2, and an annular gap 7 between the inner wall surface 4 of the insertion hole 2 and the transport pipe 3 is inserted. The annular packing material 6 is inserted, and then a water-resistant paint is applied to both surfaces 8, 8 of the wall plate located around the insertion hole 2 to form water-impermeable layers 9, 9.
Next, a glue-like anticorrosive primer 10 is applied to the surface of the transport pipe 30, and a filling anticorrosive material 11 is applied over the surfaces of the water-impermeable layers 9, 90, the annular gaps 7, 7, and the surface of the transport pipe 30. A transport method characterized in that a filling layer 12 is formed by filling and pasting the filling layer 12, and a coating layer 14.14 is formed by wrapping and covering the filling layer 12 with an anticorrosion tape 13 having an adhesive layer 5 on the surface. This relates to a corrosion prevention method for pipe fittings.

The anti-corrosion tape 13 is made by sewing several threads 16 made of a strong synthetic fiber such as nylon in the longitudinal direction of a non-woven tape 15 made of a strong synthetic fiber such as nylon, thereby forming a tape cloth 17. A clay-like adhesive 18 formed by mixing petrolatum with inert silica for viscosity adjustment, and further mixing and stirring a small amount of tannin and a rust inhibitor is penetrated. In addition to forming a permeable layer 19, an adhesive layer 5 is provided on both ends of the permeable layer 190 as well as on the front and back surfaces.According to experiments, tape cloth 17 accounts for about 8%, petrolatum accounts for about 60%, and petrolatum accounts for about 60%. A compound containing about 30% activated silica and a small amount of tannin and a rust inhibitor by volume is suitable for use, and the paste-like anti-corrosion primer 10 contains a large amount of petrolatum and a non-corrosive compound used as a hardening agent. It contains less active silica and has a thinner viscosity to make it easier to apply.Furthermore, Filled Anticorrosive Paint 11 contains more inert silica as a hardening agent than Anticorrosive Primer 10, making it more clayey. It is something.

In addition, since the adhesive layer 5 has petrolatum as its main component, it does not evaporate or harden semi-permanently and always maintains viscosity to form an anti-corrosion layer semi-permanently, which prevents the harmful effects of surface corrosion and is a rust inhibitor. The mixture changes red rust to black rust and suppresses the progress of rust.

In addition, by incorporating inert silica, the adhesive has a clay-like viscosity that does not change, and it always maintains a viscous adhesion to the surface and will not peel off from the surface due to vibrations, shocks, etc. It does not allow moisture or air to enter into the gaps, and it maintains its viscosity semi-permanently and can adhere tightly.

In addition, by mixing a small amount of tannin, the adhesive 18 forms a hard, dense film of iron tannate on the metal surface, and this film prevents the progress of rust, and in combination with the anticorrosive effect of petrolatum, has the effect of inhibiting the progress of rust. In addition, the adhesive layer 5 has acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, and excellent chemical resistance.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, in which an insertion hole 2 is bored in a concrete wall plate 1, a transport pipe 3 is inserted into the insertion hole 2, and the inner wall surface 4 of the insertion hole 2 and the transport pipe 3 are connected to each other. By inserting the annular packing material 6 into the annular gap 7, the transport pipe 3 will not be damaged due to direct contact with the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 2 drilled in the concrete wall plate 1. By applying water-resistant paint to both surfaces 8, 8 of the wall plates located around the walls to form water-impermeable layers 9, 9, water contained within the concrete wall surface 1 is absorbed into the water-impermeable layers 9, 9. Next, a glue-like anticorrosion primer 10 is applied to the surface of the transport pipe 30, and a filling preventive agent is applied to the surface of the water-impermeable layers 9, 90, the annular gaps 7, 7, and the surface of the transport pipe 30. By filling and pasting the food material 11 to form the filling layer 12, the filling layer 11, the water-impermeable layers 9, 9, and the transport pipe 3 are securely adhered, and the adhesive layer 5 is formed on the surface of the filling layer 12. The filling layer 12 is covered with the anticorrosive tape 13 by wrapping and covering the anticorrosion tape 13 to form a coating layer 14.14, thereby ensuring the installation of the filling layer 12. The transport pipe 3 inserted into the insertion hole 2 will not be damaged by touching a solid concrete wall or a backing plate like conventional products, which will cause corrosion, and the installation can be done without complicated tools. It can be done quickly and without the need for
