セッシングユニット1に規定の作動電圧を供給する電源
回路4と、該電源回路4の入力電圧が該電源回路4から
前記マイクロプロセッシングユニット1にその最低保証
作動電圧に対応する出力電圧を供給する所定の電圧レベ
ルを上廻っているか否かを検出する電圧検出回路7とヲ
備え、前記マイクロプロセッシングユニット1は、前記
電圧検出回路7から前記電源回路4の入力電圧が前記所
定の電圧レベルを下廻ったことを示す検出信号が出力さ
れたときに、前記車載バッテリ5等によって不揮発性化
されてなるメモリ14に記憶すべき内容の処理及び書込
みを優先的になし、かつその後にホールト解除できる状
態になったことを示すホールト指示信号dを出力するよ
うに構成され、前記電源回路4は、前記電圧検出回路7
が前記電源回路4の入力電圧が前記所定の電圧レベルを
下廻ったことを示す検出信号を出力してから前記マイク
ロプロセッシングユニット1が前記ホールト指示信号d
を出力するまでの間出力電圧が前記最低保証作動電圧を

すると共にそれに同期して前記マイクロプロセッシング
ユニット1をリセットする信号を出力する制御信号発生
