Conventionally, a microwave oven, which is a high-frequency heating device, is provided with an access door and a heating information input operation panel including a display section on the front surface thereof. This is because the magnetron, which is the high-frequency heating heat source, and the large transformer, which is the power source for driving the magnetron, are mounted on the main body, so in addition to the volume of the heating chamber, the space occupied by these element parts is required. A heating information input operation panel was placed to make effective use of the space. However, in order to display heating information using this space, the display space is small, and if characters are displayed, for example, it is difficult to read, and the number of characters is limited to a very small number.

On the other hand, with the remarkable development of semiconductor technology in recent years, solid-state devices capable of high-output operation have appeared even in the microwave region, making it possible to solidify high-frequency heating heat sources. This solid-state element can be driven at a much lower voltage than an electron tube oscillator such as a magnetron, and for example, it is possible to drive the solid-state element by simply rectifying a commercial power source, eliminating the need for a large transformer.

In the above description, the high-frequency heating heat source is constructed using a solid-state element, but the present invention can also be applied to a high-frequency heating heat source using an electron tube oscillator. FIG. 8 is a configuration diagram of a conventional high-frequency heating device, in which FIG. 8-iL is a top view, and FIG. sb is a sectional view taken along line D-D' in FIG. 8-+IL. That is, the front side of the high-frequency heating device has two components: the access door 5a and the operation panel 4, and the flange portion 73 of the heating chamber 72 and the access door 5.
In order to perform the scooping action of a, each plate needs to have a certain degree of flatness. In order to improve the accuracy of flatness, one factor is to eliminate the processing required to attach the operation panel to the flange portion of the heating chamber, and another important factor is to reduce the area of the flange portion. By the way, the size of the operation panel is generally determined by the number of heating information input keys and the size of the display section. In particular, since it depends on the size of the display section, the size of the operation panel is determined by the number of heating information input keys and the size of the display section. The effect produced by providing this is fundamentally the same as that of a high-frequency heating device having a high-frequency heating heat source constructed using solid-state elements.
