Conventional paper replenishing devices of this type temporarily stop the paper feed operation and then replenish the paper feed, which not only requires a worker to constantly monitor and replenish paper shortage, but is also extremely inefficient. This caused the top feeding operation to be interrupted and hindered the continuity and automation of subsequent work.

That is, the paper feed block elevating table 18 is first moved as shown in FIGS.
As shown in Figures C and D, the cylinder 17 is removed in the direction of arrow A by the contraction operation, then lowered in the direction of arrow B by the lowering of the second lifting device 15, and then when it reaches the lower limit position, the cylinder 17 is extended. As a result of the operation, the paper feed block elevating table 18 is moved in the direction of arrow C, and is completely aligned with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table 3. Here, the first and second elevating tables 3 and 18 work together to replenish and feed the paper feed block. The paper block 12 is supported and transferred onto the paper feed block elevating table 18.

That is, the paper feed block elevating table 18 is as shown in FIGS.
As shown in the figure, at the position inserted from the left and right sides, the replenishment paper feed block 12 is juxtaposed on the same plane to the left and right with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table 3 in the middle, and the replenishment paper feed block 12 is raised and lowered from the lower surface of the replenishment paper feed block 12. The paper feeding block lifting table 18 and the supplementary paper feeding block lifting table 3 are configured to cooperate with and support the table 3, and in the side-by-side state, the paper feeding block lifting table 18 and the supplementary paper feeding block lifting table 3 have a corrugated shape extending from the side-by-side portion toward the other. portions 3' and 18', and each lifting platform 3, 18 supports the lower surface of the replenishment paper feed block without interference in the other support area, and the paper feeding block elevator 18 is refilled from the same support position. Is the removal and lowering of the paper feed block lifting platform 18 and the raising of the paper feeding block to the paper feeding level position during the above-mentioned reloading performed by raising the replenishment paper feeding block lifting platform 3?
Alternatively, the permissible range (vertical error) of the paper feed level position may be set to a wide range, and the upward movement may be stopped during the time period required for transshipment.

According to the present invention, when the number of paper feed blocks remaining in the paper feed block holding section is low, this is automatically detected and the paper feed block elevating table is refilled and the paper feed block elevating table is refilled. The replenishment paper feed block on the replenishment paper feed block elevating table is lowered to a position where it is flush with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table without being interfered with by the paper feed block, and there is no interference with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table. can be transferred onto the paper feed block elevating table, and by operating the elevating table that supports the lower surface of the replenishing paper feed block and the elevating table that supports the lower surface of the paper feed block in interconnected operation as described above, the paper feed block elevating table can be reloaded. After removal or during transshipment, paper can be refilled extremely smoothly without paper falling off, bending, or wasting paper.

As described above (the paper feed block elevating table 18 has a two-part structure, and at the time of reloading, it is inserted so that it is juxtaposed to the left and right with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table 3 in the middle, and from the juxtaposed part, the paper feed block elevating table 18 is inserted in parallel to the left and right). is the extended corrugated portion 3', 18
', and each lifting table 3 and 18 supports the lower surface of the replenishment paper feed block without interference in the other support area, so that both the lifting table 3 and 18 can handle heavy replenishment paper feed. While ensuring a sufficient support area to stably support the lower surface of the block 12 over a wide area, the above transshipment can be performed by placing both blocks side by side without interference, and the paper feed block lifting table 18 continues to feed paper even after transshipment. It is possible to accurately support the block and supply it to the paper feeding level.

In addition, since the two lifting tables 3 and 18 are arranged in the above-mentioned interlocking relationship to allow the transshipment to be carried out, each lifting table 3.18 can pass vertically without being interfered with by the other. When placing the elevating table 18 side by side on the left and right sides of the replenishment paper feeding block elevating table 3, even if the elevating table 18 is not inserted exactly from the side, for example, even if the elevating table 18 is lowered below the level of the elevating table 30, it will not fall too far. If it is inserted under the lifting platform 3 from a certain position and then raised, it can pass through the lifting platform 3 without any hindrance and the above-mentioned transshipment can be carried out reliably.

This is the same as the lifting platform 3 for performing the above-mentioned juxtaposition.
To make design extremely advantageous by eliminating the need for accurate insertion level setting.

1. While supporting the bottom surface of the paper feed block, lift it up and keep the top surface at the paper feed level (a paper feed block elevating table that rises is provided, and a supplementary paper feed block that rises and lowers below the paper feed block). A lifting platform is provided, and the replenishment paper feed block elevator is connected to a replenishment paper feed block conveyor so as to receive the supply of replenishment paper blocks when descending, and the replenishment paper feed block elevator is supplied from the conveyor when ascending. While supporting the bottom surface of the replenishment paper feed block, lift it up until it comes into contact with the bottom surface of the paper feed block lifting table, and with the intervention of the paper feed block lifting table, both blocks are in the upper and lower state, and the other The paper block elevating table has a two-part structure so that it can be inserted and removed in the left-right relative direction between a position where the lower surface of the paper feed block is supported and a position where support is released. When the state is formed, the block is divided into two and extracted from between both blocks to the left and right sides, and both blocks are supported on the replenishment paper feed block elevating table, and after the removal, they are lowered until reaching the same level as the replenishment paper feed block elevating table. The refilling paper feed block is inserted into the lower surface from the left and right sides of the replenishment paper feed block, and the paper feed block elevating table is placed side by side on the same plane to the left and right with the replenishment paper feed block elevating table in the middle at the insertion position. The lower surface of the paper feed block is supported in cooperation with a replenishment paper feed block elevating table, and the paper feed block elevating table and the replenishment paper feed block elevating table move toward each other from the juxtaposed portion in the juxtaposed state. are engaged by the extended corrugated portions, and each lifting platform supports the lower surface of the replenishment paper feed block in a mutually supporting area without interference, and from the supporting position, the paper feeding block elevator is engaged with the above-mentioned engagement. In a top feeder type paper feeding machine, the top feeder type paper feeding machine is characterized in that the above-mentioned paper feed level is maintained at the above-mentioned paper feeding level (and then raised again and the above-mentioned both blocks are transferred from the replenishment paper feeding block lifting platform to the paper feeding block lifting platform.
