流阻止コンデンサＣ３，３はバイアス供給抵抗Ｒ１，４
は電圧制御可変容量ダイオードＣ１，５は入力端子、６
はコモン端子、７は制御電圧端子、８はデュアル・イン
・ライン・パッケージ、９は１ピン、１０は２ピン、１
