流動方向を換えて冷・暖房運転を兼用できる水熱源ヒー
トポンプ装置を複数備え、これら水熱源ヒートポンプ装
置の水側熱交換器に給水する給水管回路に、給水温度に
応じて給水の一部がバイパスされる高温水槽と冷却塔と
が並列接続された空気調和装置において、前記冷媒回路
の一部を並列構成して配設された補助冷却塔を含む冷却
水回路に連結した補助水側熱交換器と、前記並列構成さ
れた冷媒回路の上流側連結部に介装された3方弁と補助
水側熱交換器上流の冷却水温度を検出する温度検器と、
水側熱交換器吐出口冷媒温度を検出する温度検出器と、
これら温度検出器による検出温度を比較して冷房運転時
3方弁を操作し、冷却水温度が冷媒温度より高いとき、
前記並列構成された冷媒回路を補助水側熱交換器側に切
