射出成形する際にネジ歯先端部にパリを生ずることがな
く、このため射出成形後に於けるパリ取シ作業を不要に
し、又、パリの有無をチェックするだめの目視検査も省
略でき、一方、ネ、ジ歯先端部の一方が埋設部によシ補
強され他方が歯底平坦部に終端するように削除されてい
るので、樹脂製ネジ歯車の使用中に於けるネジ歯の破損
が確実に防止でき、樹脂製ネジ歯車の耐久性と信頼性を
向上することができるという効果が得られる。
