Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a recess due to a sink on the outer surface of a circumference wall of a magnetic tape guide roll, by providing an outer barrel in a body with an inner barrel to the outer circumference of the inner barrel with the inner barrel used as a male mold and having a double layer structure of inner and outer barrels for the circumference of said guide roll. CONSTITUTION:An inner barrel 3 is produced for the circumference wall of a magnetic tape guide roll 1, and then an outer barrel 4 is produced in a body with the barrel 3 to the outer circumference of the barrel 3 with the barrel 3 used as a male mold. In such a structure, a part of the barrel 4 which is produced later is filled into a recess 7 due to a sink produced on the outside center surface 3a of the barrel 3. フルにすることもできる。しかも外筒を内筒より短かく
形成すれば、外筒に例えゲート跡が残っても、ローラー
の回転やテープの案内には支障を与えることがない等、
本発明は磁気テープによる録音や録画、或は再生の向上
と、音質及び画像の安定向上を目的とした案内ローラー
