One reason for this is that hair growth promoters applied to the skin are not efficiently absorbed into the dermal papilla tissue located deep in the scalp, and in some types of alopecia, physical and mental overwork may occur. Since the cause is psychological factors, it is thought that applying chemicals to the affected area or irradiating the affected area with ultraviolet rays cannot easily achieve the goal.

As described above, a few patent applications have attempted to apply electronic therapy to alopecia, which has a wide variety of causes and is extremely difficult to treat. A representative example thereof is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 186067/1983. Here, a special hat-shaped treatment tool equipped with electrodes is used to apply low frequency waves to the electrodes to ionize the hair growth promoter and introduce it into the skin, as well as stimulating the autonomic nerves to stimulate hair growth. It is intended to promote The aim of stimulating the autonomic nerves through iontophoresis of hair growth promoters and low-frequency stimulation to completely cure alopecia caused by physical and mental factors is highly praised.
In this attempt, the low frequency for iontophoresis was aOOOO
Since it is a smooth alternating current of 4,000 Hz to 4,000 Hz, and the low frequency for nerve stimulation is an alternating current of 4 Hz to 60 Hz, it is well known that smooth alternating current can easily cause burns that reach deep layers. It has the disadvantage that simple alternating current cannot withstand the stimulation, and in addition, it is difficult to avoid operational inconvenience because the low frequency mentioned above must be switched and applied as needed.
□“The present inventor has carefully investigated hair growth promoters that have even higher therapeutic effects than hair growth promoters such as Pikmin, hormones, and inorganic salts that have been conventionally used in chemotherapy, and has developed a method for using iontophoresis more efficiently. We carefully considered the equipment to carry out the project.

As a result, by applying a certain superimposed low-frequency voltage to ion-transfer aminovinyl-based photosensitive dyes, which have never been used in conventional iontophoresis methods, the waveform of the applied low-frequency voltage can be changed as before. It has been discovered that remarkable hair growth promotion can be easily obtained without switching, and that all the problems of the present invention can be solved.

That is, the present invention generates a waveform that approximates the waveform of a biphasic action potential wave generated in human nerves with a pulse width of 1/200 seconds to 17,600 seconds as a biphasic action potential wave by the first low frequency oscillator at a pulse interval of 1/20. This occurs every 1/800 seconds to 1/800 seconds, which stimulates the skin and stimulates the metabolism. Generates an ultra-low frequency rectangular wave consisting of a zero-potential current and guides it to the conductor, ionizes the aminovinyl photosensitive dye and promotes its penetration into the skin, while at the same time providing appropriate stimulation to the affected area. The present invention provides a hair growth promoting device that is ideal for iontophoresis of aminovinyl photosensitive dyes into hair loss affected areas, which is characterized by alleviating nervous fatigue and promoting the generation of hair roots.

The aminovinyl photosensitive dye, which is subjected to iontophoresis for the first time in the present invention, has aromatic rings bonded to the 1 and 2 positions of the molecule via a vinyl group, and one or both of them is a nitrogen-containing heterocycle. One of the nitrogen atoms is a halide, making it a quaternary salt.

Normally, aminovinyl photosensitive dyes are dissolved in an alcoholic saline solution to a concentration of several tens to hundreds of ppm, applied to the affected area, or absorbed into a moisturizing therapeutic electrode, and then Iontophoresis is carried out by applying a low frequency voltage for 5°. At this time, the biphasic action potential wave with a frequency of 50 Hz to 300 Hz is converted into an extremely low frequency wave having a current component of zero potential and positive potential with a frequency of 05 Hz to 2 Hz. Apply several tens of volts as a composite wave superimposed on a rectangular wave, and make a current of α1 to 1 milliampere flow.
It is desirable to adjust within this range as appropriate, giving due consideration to the symptoms of the affected area and the patient's condition.

Depending on the symptoms, for adults, for example, 200 ppm
A methanolic saline solution of an aminovinyl photosensitive dye is applied to the affected area to the extent of 1cc per treatment, or absorbed into a roller-shaped moisturizing treatment guide for several minutes.
The above-mentioned superimposed voltage is applied for about several tens of minutes. Then, repeat the process once to several times a day while observing the hair growth situation in the area affected by hair loss. Further, if necessary, iontophoresis may be performed in combination with a hair growth promoter such as acetylcholine, steroids, or DCNH, or may be performed in parallel with ultraviolet irradiation treatment.

The 50 to 300 Hz rectangular wave oscillated by the multi-node oscillator of the first low frequency oscillator (1) is differentiated by the capacitor C9 and the resistor R to become a biphasic action potential wave. This biphasic action potential wave is oscillated by the second low frequency oscillator (2).
It is superimposed on a rectangular wave having current components of zero potential and positive potential of Hz to 2 Hz, resulting in a superimposed low frequency voltage suitable for introducing an image of an aminovinyl photosensitive dye as shown in Fig. 2), which can be used for treatment. It is led to the connection terminals (3) and (4) of the conductor.

On the other hand, since the oscillation low frequency of the second low frequency oscillator (2) is extremely low frequency, if it is performed as charging and discharging of the capacitor C□2 via the resistor R, the distortion of the waveform can be suppressed to a minimum. , the voltage waveforms at both ends of the capacitor C1□ are obtained as approximations to rectangular waves.

The results in Table 1 confirm that aminovinyl photosensitive dyes slightly promote hair growth when applied to the affected area, but that even more remarkable hair growth promoting effects can be obtained by applying low frequency voltage and iontophoresis. . Furthermore, when applying a superimposed low frequency voltage using the hair growth promoting device of the present invention, the hair growth promoting effect is clearly higher than when measuring iontophoresis by applying a smooth traffic voltage using a known low frequency treatment device. You can check whether you can get it or not.

The reason why such good results are obtained due to the hair growth promoting effect of the present invention is that the iontophoresis of amino/vinyl photosensitive dyes is extremely effective in promoting hair growth, and also because the iontophoresis of the amide/vinyl photosensitive dye is extremely effective in promoting hair growth. It is understood that this is because biphasic action potential waves stimulate the skin and promote metabolism, and also act effectively on nerves and other organs to promote recovery from nervous fatigue, allowing treatment to be carried out from both the mind and body at the same time. In addition, when performing hair growth promoting treatment using the hair growth promoting device of the present invention, it is recommended to If a low frequency voltage, especially a superimposed low frequency voltage emitted by the hair growth promoting device of the present invention, is applied simultaneously or sequentially with the application of the superimposed low frequency voltage to the hair loss affected area, even higher hair growth can be achieved. Provides a hair-promoting effect. and,
The low-frequency voltage applied to this acupuncture point can be applied appropriately using a separately prepared known low-frequency treatment device, the hair growth promoting device of the present invention, or a part of the superimposed low frequency emitted by the hair growth promoting device of the present invention. It is obtained by connecting to an auxiliary electrode having therapeutic elements, and these therapeutic elements are preferably provided with strings, bands, or rubber band attachments for fixing them at the acupuncture points.
