端部に略扁平状のピンチシール部が形成され該ピンチシ
ール部に埋設状に保持されたリード線によって上記密閉
空間内にフィラメントが配置されると共に、ピンチシー
ル部の少な（とも−２方の側面の両側縁に軸方向に沿っ
て延びる突条が形成されたガラス球と、該ガラス球を保
持しており口金に固定されるカニラス球保持プレートと
から成り、ガラス球保持プレートはばね弾性を有する金
属板で形成され互いに対向配置された少な（とも一対の
中間押え片と該中間押え片の両側に略接して互いに対向
するように形成された少な（とも２対の側部押え片とを
備えており、中間押え片の幅がガラス球のピンチシール
部に形成された２つの突条の対向面間の距離と同じか僅
かに小さくされており、そして、各押え片は対を成すも
のがそれぞれガラス球のピンチシール部を両側から挟着
状に保持し、かつ、中間押え片の少なくとも−がピンチ
シール部の２つの突条の間に存在していることを特徴と
