本考案は上述の如き点にかんがみ、予備定着後において

もしくは略完全に戻りを防止し得るようにしたP−Cコ
ンクリート緊張材端部定着装置の提供を目的とし、その
要旨とするところは、コンクリート構造体内に挿通した
緊張材が挿通され、一端のテーパー状の楔嵌入部に緊張
材を挟持する定着楔を嵌入した定着用コーンの端面に前
記緊張材が貫通自在でかつ前記定着用楔に当接する押圧
プレートと、前記緊張材を引張する引張用ジヤツキと、
該ジヤツキの反力を定着用コーンの周縁部に支持させる
ジャッキチェアとを有し、該ジヤツキエアー の面に前記定着楔が抜出自在な空隙部を備え、該空隙部
内に前記押圧プレートと、平板状をなし、前記緊張材が
挿通自在な緊張材貫通孔を有するとともに圧力流体の注
入により膨張して、前記押圧プレートを定着コーン側に
押し出すプレートジヤツキとを重ねて収容してなるP−
Cコンクリート緊張材緊張定着装置に存する。

本考案のP−Cコンクリート緊張材緊張定着装置は上述

着後引張用ジヤツキをもって緊張材を引張することによ
って生ずる抜は出た楔を引張用ジヤツキによる引張解除
前に楔嵌入部に強固に喰い込ませることが可能となり、
従って引張解除時における引張りの戻りが殆んどなくな
り、これがために緊張材毎の緊張力のばらつきもなくな
り、所期の正確な緊張力が得られることとなったもので
ある。
