Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the two-stage measurement of a cotton-like material and to improve the accuracy of measurement by measuring roughly the coarse cotten- like material, which is fed continuously from a constant speed feeder, by large feeding then measuring the same precisely by small feeding by operating a belt feeder in the two stages; high speed and low speed. CONSTITUTION:When the inside of a measuring machine 6 is first empty, a door 5 for a storage hopper is held open and a door 16 for the measuring machine is held closed. A belt feeder 3 is kept operated at a high speed to act so that the crushed cotton-like material Xa contg. partly the part of a high layer thickness is supplied at a high speed (large feeding). The large feeding is continued until the machine 6 measures 90%, and when the machine 6 measures 90%, a partial measuring switch detecting the same operates and the feeder 3 is changed over from the high speed to low speed operation by the signal thereof, whereafter the material Xa of a low layer thickness laminated on the belt 31 during the high speed operation of the feeder 3 is supplied at a low speed (small feeding) and is measured precisely.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, a weighing method has been known in which a device such as the one shown in FIG. 1 is used to perform two-stage weighing of powder or granules: coarse weighing and precise weighing. That is, the weighing device shown in FIG. 1 is a belt feeder! The outlet 3-26 of the tank lid 2 containing powder or granules is arranged at the upper part of the inlet 3a of 3 with a minute interval T, and when the belt feeder j3 runs, the outlet 3-26 of the tank lid 2 containing powder or granules is placed at a constant distance on the belt of the belt feeder J'' Layer thickness (approximately the same as the distance T between the tank outlet 32G and the belt top surface)
The structure is such that powder or granules can be taken out continuously. In this device, the belt feeder 3 can be adjusted in speed between high-speed operation and low-speed operation.
Regardless of whether the belt feeder j3 is driven at high speed or low speed, the powder or granules mainly taken out from the belt always have a layer thickness of a constant height. And during rough weighing (0 to approx. 0%)
Belt feeder for weighing)! 3 is operated at high speed to input a large amount of powder or granules, and when the measuring unit B finishes rough weighing, the belt feeder 53 is switched to low speed operation to perform precision measurement by small input.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, an object of the present invention is to propose a method for weighing flocculent materials that can automatically weigh flocculent materials by two-step loading of a large amount and a small amount. The uninvented method for weighing flocculent materials consists of a constant speed feeder with an IF-shape so as to continuously transfer floccule materials made of appropriate fibers at a constant speed; The speed can be adjusted between high-speed operation and low-speed operation, so that the layer thickness of the shredded fluff to be transported can be reduced during high-speed operation, and the layer thickness of the shredded fluff-like material can be increased during low-speed operation. The belt 7, which has a suitable corroding structure, is disposed at an appropriate position upstream of the inlet of the belt feeder in the flow direction, and has the function of shredding the coarse cotton-like material into the shredded cotton-like material □ a fluff-like material feeding device comprising a fluff-shredding receptacle for cutting the fluff-like material and a hopper for guiding the shredded fluff-like material discharged from the outlet of the belt feeder downward; and a lower part of the door for the storage hopper. In the first half of the weighing process, the above-mentioned hopper equipment is opened and the above-mentioned By operating the belt feeder at high speed with the layer for the weighing machine closed, a large amount of shredded cotton material is thrown into the weighing machine and roughly weighed, and when the weighing machine finishes the rough weighing, the belt feeder is turned off. Switching from high-speed operation to low-speed operation, feeding relatively small amounts of the nine-layer thin cut cotton material stacked on the belt feeder during the high-speed operation into the machine for precision weighing;
Subsequently, when the weighing machine has weighed 100%, the storage hopper equipment is closed, and the layer for the weighing machine is opened: the shredded cotton material weighed by the weighing machine is discharged from the weighing machine, and further shredded cotton is discharged. After discharging the weighing device, the weighing device layer is closed and the storage hopper device is opened, so that the storage hopper equipment and the weighing device layer are controlled to open and close, and the belt feeder is returned to the speed drive; Therefore, even for bag-like materials, we have made it possible to automatically weigh cotton-like materials with high precision by automatically adding two stages of large and small amounts. This is a characteristic feature.

The belt feeder 3 has a long length in the flow direction. Further, the belt feeder 3 is capable of performing two-stage operation of high-speed operation and low-speed operation. That is, the speed of the belt feeder 3 can be adjusted in two stages by switching the motor 32 between two stages of high-speed rotation and low-speed rotation, or by using an appropriate transmission. Also, when the belt feeder 3 operates at high speed, the leakage-free belt 3/
runs at high speed, the shredded cotton material Xa in the form of small pieces is laminated with a low layer thickness on the belt 3/, which is continuously discharged in a substantially constant amount from the outlet II-b of the shredding machine≠. On the other hand, when the belt feeder 3 operates at low speed, the belt 3
Since / travels at a low speed, it is laminated on belt 3/ with a relatively high layer thickness. When the operating speed of the belt feeder 3 is switched to two stages in this way, the belt feeder 3 operates at high speed during rough weighing in the first half of the weighing process to transfer the cut cotton-like material Xα from the belt feeder outlet 3b to the storage hopper. After the rough measurement is completed, the speed is changed to low speed and a small amount of the shredded cotton material XeL is introduced (the cotton material XtL with a low layer thickness is introduced at a low speed).

Then, the large amount of input is continued until the weighing machine 6 weighs 90%, and when the weighing force reaches 0%, the partial weighing switch that detects this is activated and the belt feeder 3 is switched from high speed to low speed operation based on the signal. , After that, when the belt feeder 3 operates at high speed, the cut cotton-like material with a low layer thickness layered on the belt 3/X5g
It works by supplying (small amount) at a low speed for precise measurement. Then, when weighing-6 completes 100% weighing,
The 100% detection switch detects this and first closes the storage hopper door/J to stop feeding the flocculent into B until weighing. Immediately after that, open the weighing machine layer/B and move the inside of the weighing machine O. The cut cotton-like material Xα weighed to a certain amount is discharged into the bagging machine 7. The bagging machine 7 presses and packages the shredded cotton-like material Xα discharged from the weighing machine B. Note that even after the storage hopper article/j is closed, the shredded cotton material XIB is continuously supplied from the outlet 3b of the belt feeder 3. They are temporarily stored in the storage hopper j until the next opening.However, if some trouble occurs (for example, if the bagging machine 7 is not ready for receiving), the storage in the storage hopper When the amount of shredded cotton material Xα exceeding the storage allowable amount (weighing weight 0%) is stored, the constant speed feeder and belt feeder 3 are stopped by the signal. After the completion of the operation (after the storage hopper is closed), high-speed operation is resumed as soon as possible at an appropriate time.

Since the shredded cotton-like material (a) is fed in a constant amount, the layer thickness of the shredded cotton-like material Xg increases on the inlet 3α side of the belt feeder 3, and the shredded cotton-like material ) (a is released from the belt feeder outlet 3b when a large amount is added during the next weighing operation, so that even if a two-stage feeding method is adopted, the overall weighing speed will not decrease. There is.
