Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the condensation of dew on a blow-off grill and the splashing-off of the condensed dew from the blow-off grill under high temperature and humid conditions by a method wherein a flow changing plate is installed in an air conditioner capable of cooling. CONSTITUTION:A flow changing plate 14 inclined to downstream side of a heat exchanger 5, is mounted above a water catch plate 6 at the downstream side of the heat exchanger 5 in a gap (t) provided between the rise part 6a of the water catch plate 6 and the heat exchanger 5. Owing to the flow changing plate 14, comparatively low temperature air 15 at the lower part 5b of the heat exchanger 5 is mixed with comparatively high temperature air 16 at the upper part 5a of the heat exchanger 5 in the vicinity of the top surface 10a in a blow- off duct 10 and, after the flow is straightened the air is blown-off through a blow-off grill 11 out of ceiling into a room 7. The speed and temperature distribution between the air flowing along the front surface 10b and rear surface 10c in the blow-off duct 10 is uniformized, resulting in eliminating the condensation of dew on air deflecting plates 11b and 11c of the blow-off grill 11 and on the top surface 10a of the blow-off duct 10 and the dripping-down of the dew condensed in the room 7.

Conventionally, this type of air conditioner has a suction port 2 on the bottom surface, as shown in FIG. It has an air outlet 3 on the front, and the suction opening 2 inside. A ventilation circuit communicating with the air outlet 3 is formed, and a blower 4. A heat exchanger 5 and a water tray 6 were provided. And the suction grill 8 from the room 7. The air sucked in through the suction duct 9 is transferred to a heat exchanger 6 provided downstream from the blower 4 in the air conditioner main body 1 . Blowout duct 10. However, in this structure, the air is emitted from the upper part 6a of the heat exchanger 6, which is located away from the water tray 6, and from the water tray 6. The wind speed distribution and temperature distribution are different in the lower part 6b of the heat exchanger 6, which is a closer position, and the upper part 6a has higher wind speed and higher blowing temperature than the lower part 5b. Therefore, inside the blow-off duct 10 on the downstream side of the heat exchanger 6, it passes through the blow-off duct wall surface (hereinafter referred to as the top surface) 10a located at a position facing the blow-off grill 11 and faces the heat exchanger 6. The wind 12 flows through the outlet duct wall surface 10b (hereinafter referred to as the front surface) located at a position opposite to the front surface 10b and which is located close to the heat exchanger 5 (hereinafter referred to as the rear surface). Compared to the wind 13, the wind 13 flowing through the rear surface 10c has a slower wind speed and lower temperature.

In 11b and 11C, condensation occurs on the wind direction changing plates 11b and 11C located close to the heat exchanger 5, and condensation also occurs on the top surface 10a inside the blow-off duct 10, causing the problem of dripping into the room 7. had.

本発明は、上記従来の欠点を除去するものである。The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.

In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes a rectifier plate that is inclined in a direction gradually away from the heat exchanger 5 with respect to the air blowing direction' on the upper part of the water tray 6 on the downstream side of the heat exchanger 6, and is fitted or welded to the heat exchanger 6. It is fixed by appropriate means. Further, the current plate 14 is attached with a gap t provided between it and the raised sand portion 6a (peripheral wall) of the water receiving tray 6.

In the temperature distribution downstream of the heat exchanger, the current plate 14 allows the relatively low temperature wind 16 in the heat exchanger lower part 6b to be connected to the relatively high temperature wind 16 in the heat exchanger upper part 5a and the blowout duct. The mixture can be mixed near the top surface 10a inside 10, rectified, and blown out into the room 7 through the ceiling via the blowout grille 11. Therefore, the wind speed and temperature distribution of the air flowing through the duct front surface 10b and the duct rear surface 10c inside the blow-off duct 10 are made uniform, and the wind direction changing plate 11b of the blow-off grill 11 is made uniform.

As is clear from the above embodiments, the ceiling concealed air conditioner of the present invention is installed on the back side of the ceiling, and has a suction port on the bottom.
A concealed ceiling air conditioner is configured, each having an air outlet on the front surface and communicating with the air intake grill and air outlet grill provided on the ceiling surface through the air inlet, air outlet, suction duct, and air outlet duct. A ventilation passage communicating with the suction inlet and the outlet is formed in the ventilation passage, a blower, a heat exchanger, and a water tray are disposed in the ventilation passage, and the water tray is connected to the heat exchanger on the downstream side of the heat exchanger. A plate-shaped rectifying member is installed on the upper part of the airflow direction so as to be away from the heat exchanger, and there is a gap between this rectification member and the upright part of the water tray provided on the downstream side with respect to the airflow direction. This rectifying member equalizes the wind speed distribution and temperature distribution on the downstream side of the heat exchanger, allowing uniform air to be blown out from the outlet grille. There is no condensation on the deflection plate, there is no condensation on the top of the blow-off duct, and the blow-out air speed and blow-out temperature are made more uniform, which further improves comfort and reduces water splashing from the heat exchanger. This can be prevented by this rectifier plate, and since there is a gap between the lower part of the rectifier member and the upright part of the water tray, the water droplets that have condensed on the rectifier plate can be reliably guided to the water tray. This method has various advantages such as leak-free dew condensation treatment and improved reliability.
