[Detailed Description of the Invention] By arranging sewing equipment three-dimensionally, this invention makes effective use of limited space, dramatically increases production rate and work efficiency, and significantly reduces human power. This invention relates to a sewing unit that can be reduced in size.

However, simply arranging sewing equipment flat on a workbench would require an unnecessarily large floor space.
It took a great deal of time and effort to move each process. In other words, in order to move sewing materials in the order of sewing processes, the materials processed in each process must be stacked on the side of the sewing machine, and when a certain amount is reached, the stacked parts must be moved to the side of the sewing machine for the next process. Not,
To perform this moving work manually, the worker must carry it around, which limits the number of sewing machines that can be managed by humans to an extremely small number. Even in the case of horizontal movement, the equipment responsible for horizontal movement is more complicated and larger than the equipment responsible for vertical movement, making drastic labor savings in garment factories a stalemate.

Therefore, the present invention arranges a desired number of sewing machines such as a sewing machine, an iron, a cutting machine, a conveyor workbench, etc. three-dimensionally in a desired order, utilizes a working room three-dimensionally, and performs the sewing process. By sequentially forming the three-dimensionally arranged sewing equipment from the top to the bottom, and feeding the sewing material from the top and passing it through the sewing process in the order of the sewing process, it is possible to operate and manage a large number of sewing equipment without the need for the operator to move. The present invention was developed with the aim of providing a sewing unit that can easily automate the sewing process by using gravity to move the sewing material.

Therefore, there is no particular limit to the number of sewing devices that constitute the sewing unit according to the present invention, and one or more types of sewing devices may be arranged (stacked) three-dimensionally (in the vertical direction) as necessary. do it. When sewing equipment is piled up high, if necessary, arrange workers three-dimensionally.
Workers can work without moving themselves. It's a trench.
When stacking sewing equipment, if necessary, stack the sewing equipment with the operating surfaces facing in opposite directions.
It becomes possible to manage a number of sewing devices by having workers face each other with the sewing devices in between and operating each sewing device from both sides. In particular, if the sewing machine is stacked vertically or horizontally, the sewing process can be made continuous, and it is easier to automate the process.

The order in which these sewing devices are stacked three-dimensionally differs depending on the product, but when the sewing material is introduced from the top of the sewing unit and passed through the sewing device at the bottom, the sewing material is not completely finished. It is desirable to use a stacking method that allows for quality of products. In this way, by simply putting the sewing material into the upper part of the unit, the finished product will be produced continuously to the lower part of the unit.
