合隙間の寸法は大きく取る必要があり、そのため防虫性
能を確保できないという困難がある。

′と同一面となるようかしめ戻すと共に嵌合孔2′の下
方へ突出した切起し爪4の先端を嵌合孔2の開口縁の切
起し片9に圧接するようにかしめ固定する。

片とを、前記取付部品を取付ける別の部品に設けである

た状態で行なうことができ、従って切起し片の切起しに
1より嵌合孔の本来の径より大きい状態、即ち嵌合寸法
の大きい状態での嵌合であるため自動機による嵌合が取
入れられ、しかも切起し片を元の状態に戻すことにより
、かしめ固定後の嵌合隙間を小さくすることができて、
例えばその寸法を0.3 mm・以下に抑えて防虫性能
を確保することも可能となるという効果を奏するもので
ある、さらに元の位置に戻した切起し片の縁部に切起し
爪をかしめ固定するので切起し片の弾性的回復力の働き
によって切起し爪のかしめ強度を強くすることもできる
