記一方のガラス板に設けられると共に文字、数字、目盛
、記号等の所望形状を表示するように形成された第１め
電極、同第１の電極に少なくとも２個以上の導線が接続
されて同第１の電極の２倍以上の接点を有する第１の電
極端子、上記他方のガラス板にあるいは上記第１の電極
に絶縁体を介して設けられた第２の電極、同第２の電極
に接続された第２の電極端子、上記液晶セルの上面に設
けられた第１の偏光板、上記液晶セルの下面に設けられ
た第２の偏光板、同第２の偏光板の下方に設けられた光
源、同光源の下方に設けられると共に上記第１、第２の
電極端子に信号電圧を与えるための電子部品載置板を具
