Abstract

PURPOSE:A composition that is obtained by combining a colored PVC resin which has been crosslinked with an agent, with a usual PVC resin, thus giving partially colored moldings with high-class appearance in low costs without postprocessing. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprises (A) a vinyl chloride resin which has been crosslinked with an agent and colored and (B) a usual vinyl chloride resin at a weight A/B ratio of 1/99-50/50. As component A, is preferred a combination of 2 or more differently colored vinyl chloride resins. The crosslinking agent is preferably used by 0.1-10wt% based on the vinyl chloride monomer in component A, resulting in 1-80wt% gel fraction in tetrahydrofuran. Component A remains in isolated state in the matrics of component B, when the composition is molded, thus giving partially colored moldings by only molding.

Conventionally, methods for obtaining partially colored molded objects include dyeing the molded object in post-processing, or sandwiching colored resin, colored paper, or C-colored plastic between PvC films and pressing them. There are three ways to do it. In any case, these require extra power, and the cost is 1,000 yen as it requires equipment and personnel costs.

To explain the present invention in more detail, the PVC used in (a)
The resin is a PVC resin crosslinked with a crosslinking agent. The crosslinking agent C herein may be any compound having two or more double bonds that can be copolymerized with hibinyl. Specifically, diacrylates or dimethacrylates of polyalkylene glycols such as ethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, 1,3-propylene glycol, and poly-1,3-propylene glycol, diallyl phthalate, diallyl maleate, diallyl fumarate, and diallyl. Examples include diallyl compounds such as succinate, divinylbenzene, and the like.

If the amount used is less than 0.1% by weight, the crosslinking effect will be weak;
B) It is specially kneaded with PVC resin for processing and molding, making it impossible to achieve the purpose. If it exceeds 10% by weight, the elongation and tensile strength of the molded product will decrease, which is not preferable. The gel fraction of the PVC resin (a) thus obtained in THF solvent is about 1 to 80% by weight.

There are two methods for coloring the PVC resin in (a): a method in which predetermined dyes and pigments are added in advance during the resin production in (g) and the resin is colored, and a method in which the resin is colored after the resin is produced in (b). There is a way to do it. In the former method, it is preferable to use dyes and pigments that do not have the effect of inhibiting vinyl chloride polymerization. The latter post-coloring method can be applied when using dyes or pigments that have the effect of inhibiting vinyl chloride polymerization.

The dyes and pigments used in the present invention are not particularly limited. The amount used may be 1 part by weight or less based on the crosslinked PVC resin. The appropriate amount of solvent used for impregnation is 30 to 100 parts by weight based on the crosslinked PVC resin. The impregnation temperature is 20
Appropriate impregnation time is 30 minutes to 120 minutes under stirring at ~70°C.

The present invention - cc, (AI... Resin. The ratio used is 6. There is no particular 6 constant, but the (A) / skewer) weight ratio is 1/99 to 50.
About 150 is good. This is because if the amount of 4 is too small, it will give a feeling of foreign matter being mixed in, and if it is too large, the physical properties of the molded product, such as tensile strength and elongation, will deteriorate, which is undesirable.
