この発明は、石英等で形成される大型のペルジャー（外
径４００ｍｍφ乃至７００ｍｍφ程度、高さ２００ｍｍ
乃至４００ｍａ＋程度）の内壁を簡便な自動機構で安全
にエツチングし作業ができ、また水洗できるようにした
