動弁の提案に係り、この目的においてこの発明は前記緊
急遮断弁を閉止すべき三筒の電磁弁を各々感震器と異常
流量感知手段とに連けい作動させるようにし、これら電
磁弁を作動させるべき電源が太陽電池によって構成され
るようにすると共に、これら電磁弁への通電回路の切り
換えによって両者を並列、直列に構成し若しくはいずれ
か一方のみが作動するように設定可能とし、かつ実際上
前記電磁弁としてマグネラッチ電磁弁を採用し、更に太
陽電池には過充電防止装置と逆流防止装置とを付設する
