In a wiper device, a reciprocating sliding motion is linked to a wiper blade from a drive unit containing a motor, a reduction mechanism, and a speed change mechanism via a rotation shaft, and the end of the rotation shaft is attached to the drive source side. An elastic locking bush around which an elastic arm having a locking portion is fixed is fixed, and a locking groove is carved in the inner wall of the arm head supporting the wiper arm, and the elastic locking bush is attached to the arm head.
