Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、主として電気機器においてその側板を貫通す
る状態で機器内外に互って配線を要する電線を、前記側
板に対し位置固定状態でかつ側板内外間のシール性を確
保した状態で保持させるべく使用されるものであって、
前記側板へ取付は可能な筒状ねし部材と、その貫通孔に
電線を挿通した状態で前記筒状ねし部材に内嵌される弾
性部材、ならびにこの弾性部材を締付けるべく前記筒状
ねじ部材に螺合連結するシール用ナツト部材とからなる
電線ホルダーの改良に関し、その主たる目的は、電気機
器が複数の入出力制御部を内蔵していて複数本の電線を
配線する要があり、しかもこれら複数本の電線が互いに
径を異にするような場合において、それら全電線を−ま
とめにして安定良くかつシール性の良い状態で保持する
ことのできる電線ホルダーを提供する点にある。

能な弾性部材3に、筒軸々芯方向に貫通する複数個の電
線挿通孔3a・・・・・・を形成しである電線ホルダー
において、前記電線挿通孔3a・・・・・・の内径と等
しい又はそれよりもやや大なる外径を有し、かつ、内径
が異なる複数種の挿通電線径調整用部材5を、前記挿通
孔3a・・・・・・に対して挿抜ならびに付替え可能に
設けであることを特徴とするという点に存し、一つのホ
ルダーをもって、複数本の電線をまとめた状態で、安定
良くかつシール性良く機器側板へ保持することができる
から、一本一本の電線に対しホルダーを一つずつ用いて
いた従来の場合に比し、配線工事を大巾に簡略化、合理
化できるとともに配線状態の体裁も良いといった効果は
勿論のこと、殊に、前記複数本の電線に径を異にするも
が含まれている場合であっても極端に径の異なる複数本
の電線を締付ける場合においても、各電線の外径に合う
内径をもつ径調整用部材を使用すれば、すべての電線を
実質的に同一外径のものとして所期の締付は圧で均一に
保持することができるので、極端に径の異なる電線でも
それらを無理のない均一の締付は力によって安定良くか
つシール性の良い状態で保持でき、前記径調整用部材5
の付替えのみをもって極めて簡単に対処することができ
るから、ホルダー全体を取替使用する場合に比して、経
