Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] 1. Inside a filter box equipped with a supply port for supplying oil from an oil tank and a discharge port for discharging filtered oil, a filter body formed in a cylindrical shape with a net-like body and this cylinder. A filter consisting of an end cover removably attached to one end of the filter body and an end wall plate fixedly attached to the other end of the filter body and having an oil inlet opening in the center thereof. An oil filtration device for a tempura frying machine, wherein the filter is removably inserted so that the center axis thereof is substantially horizontal, and the oil intake port of the end wall plate is connected in communication with the supply port of the filter box. 2 The oil intake port of the end wall plate of the filter main body consists of a short cylindrical body that protrudes from the wall plate, and a rectangular flange is provided at the tip of this short cylindrical body, and the oil inlet port of the end wall plate of the filter box is provided with a rectangular flange.
