DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to containers for viscous substances, and more particularly to containers for so-called viscous substances such as mayonnaise, jam, and cream.

The history of household consumption of mayonnaise in Japan is still young, and therefore the amount consumed is considerably lower than that in Europe and the United States, particularly in the United States.

Therefore, in our country, small containers made of soft plastic are generally used as household containers for this.

This soft plastic container is extremely convenient because by pressing it, mayonnaise can be easily pushed out of the container and used.

However, since mayonnaise is a viscous substance, the shape of the container after extruding the mayonnaise remains in its compressed and deformed state, which is a drawback.

If this deformed state is left as it is and use is continued, the degree of deformation will increase as use progresses, until it becomes impossible to extrude it.

そこで、斯る変形状態を元の形に戻そうとする場合には

Therefore, if you want to return the deformed state to its original shape, you can either leave the lid off and wait for a considerable amount of time until the mayonnaise falls down and the outlet is open to the outside air, or you can do it manually. A decompression operation had to be added.

Moreover, in this case, the mayonnaise was located at the bottom of the container, so it took some time to push it out.

Furthermore, when the remaining amount is small, the mayonnaise firmly adheres to the inner wall surface of the container and cannot be squeezed out easily, resulting in the contents not being completely used up, resulting in extremely wasteful results.

そこで、本考案は斯る従来の欠点を解消し、マヨネーズ

Therefore, the present invention solves these conventional drawbacks, makes it possible to extrude not only mayonnaise but also so-called viscous substances at the same time as the lid is removed, and restores the original shape so that even the last drop can be completely used up. This provides an easy-to-use soft plastic container.

That is, the present invention is characterized in that, in a container consisting of a soft plastic body and a lid, a ventilation hole is formed in the lower part of the soft plastic body, and a lid plug is detachably attached to the ventilation hole. This is a container for viscous substances.

The present invention will be further described below with reference to drawings showing one embodiment thereof.

Therefore, in the present invention, the ventilation hole 3 is formed in the lower part of the main body 1 made of soft plastic, but the ventilation hole 3 can be specifically formed in either the bottom wall or the side wall as long as it is in the lower part of the main body 1. good.

A lid plug 4 is attached to the vent hole 3, but this attachment may be done by any method such as screwing, insertion, etc. as long as it is detachable.

However, once a viscous substance such as mayonnaise is used, the smaller the hole, the more likely it is to become clogged, so it is most convenient and gives good results to use a stopper once used.

In this case, the ventilation hole 3 is formed by a ventilation pipe 5 that slightly protrudes outside the main body 1, and a male screw is formed in the ventilation pipe 5, and a female threaded lid is screwed into the lid plug 4 with the ventilation pipe 5. Part 6
and a frame part 7 for plugging the ventilation hole 3 of the ventilation pipe 5, it is possible to securely seal the pipe with the female screw cap part 6 when not in use or for a long period of time, and also to securely seal the pipe when it is not in use or for a long time. It is particularly advantageous to use the frame portion 7 after use, or when it is used frequently, because it can be sealed without causing clogging.

Since this consideration is structured as described above, when filling a viscous substance such as mayonnaise using this, even if the shape of the container is deformed due to extrusion of the contents, the cap 4, and while maintaining an inverted position, open the ventilation hole 3.
By opening the container, outside air can be easily passed into the container, so that the container can be immediately restored to its original shape.

In addition, even if the contents are small, if the container is turned upside down, the contents will naturally fall down along the container wall due to fluid viscous flow, and will not stick to the container wall. Since it collects at the lower outlet without any problems, it can be pushed out immediately by removing the lid 2, which is extremely convenient.

According to the present invention, the contents can be completely used up without wasting even the last drop.
