PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain permanent power utilizing gravity by turning a rotary machine by making use of weight difference between a pair of bottom discs produced by the eccentricity of four or more eccentric shafts while mounting said shafts on the circumferences of the pair of bottom discs. CONSTITUTION:The heavier parts of four or more (eight in this drawing) eccentric support shafts 2 are put aside and mounted on a bottom plate 3 taking a main shaft 1 as the center, and a driving pin provided with a spring 4, a patch 5, and a roller belt 6 is fitted in the driving pin hole of said shaft.
