Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the reproduction with program search for a desired recorded content automatically, by counting the number of pulses generated in response to tape running to store in a memory, and reading out and reproducing the tape position automatically. CONSTITUTION:When a signal S rises, a pulse appears at an output 1d of a gate 11 to release and stop the tape running. On the other hand, the signal S is inputted also to a gate 12 to reset a tape counter 10. Then, the recorded content and the tape address for program search are stored in the memory with the input from a key 13. In designating the reproduction by a program, a microcomputer 9 feeds the tape to a designated address quickly and starts the tape reproduction. In rewinding, a latch including a gate 17 is set with a signal 1a, which goes to ground level and a counter 10 is selected to the subtraction mode. In performing reproduction, fast feed and rewinding in this way, the count value corresponding to the tape position is stored and counted by a tape counter at all times.

Traditionally, cueing in a tape recorder was done using fast-forward playback (
Keep the ``Key'' or rewind playback (review) state IIl#lc, place the low level part of the unrecorded part in the part where the sound content changes, and detect the drop in playback output in this part. This method cancels fast-forward playback or rewind playback, and then resumes normal playback. There was a drawback in that it could only be used to search, and in order to recall the desired recorded content, one had to press the search operation switch over and over again. Furthermore, in the case of conference bells or classical music (D@), where the level during recording changes greatly, a negative movement occurs and it is not possible to locate the beginning.

Another way to find the beginning is to reset the tape counter at the part you want to start, and when the tape counter reaches "0" K, stop the fast forwarding or rewinding. There is a mechanism to do this. However, this method has the drawbacks that it cannot be reset until after one playback has been performed, and that only one location can be memorized.

FIG. 1 shows the mechanism of the tape recorder used in the present invention, which can be operated by electrical signals using a solenoid coil (0*11). 1 is the mechanism of the tape recorder, 2 is the tape, IS is the rewind signal input during rewinding, 1h is the signal input during playback operation, IIJ is the signal input during fast forward operation, ld releases and stops tape running. 1# is a signal that is input when pausing during playback, a signal that outputs the rotation amount of the LF reel as a pulse, and 1g is a signal that detects the presence or absence of a tape cassette. A-to #1V
It becomes active at Oo level. 14 is a signal input during recording and an audio signal output during 11/fi playback. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the pulse waveform generated by the rotation of the tape reel, and is the output waveform of the signal 1/ when the tape starts running for a time TIK and stops for a time TmK. At least one pulse of 1fK* is generated each time the tape reel makes one revolution. Figure 1E3 illustrates part of the circuitry related to the present invention. Figure 3 (M) #'i This is a circuit that detects the stoppage of the same rotation of the tape reel, and it doubles the voltage of the signal 1f of the set type and converts it to direct current.
By the action of the lip 70 tabs 3 and 4, a pulse of 0.5 seconds is generated at the output of the MIJ gate immediately after the reel stops. FIG. 3 (Bl is a diagram showing the circuit of the part connected to the rewinding operation. When the rewinding switch 8 and the tape are inserted into the cassette, the rewinding operation is performed by the control of the microcomputer 9, etc.) The signal of the unwinding switch 8 is the D type flip 70 knob 5.
Chattering is prevented by K, etc., and the unwinding signal 1a is outputted via the gate. Furthermore, when a tape cassette is inserted, the 1g signal rises to the VOa level. When the 1g signal rises, the signal 1G#i generates an output pulse of 0.5 seconds and starts unwinding the tape. When the tape reel rotates, signal 1 outputs the amount of rotation of the reel as a pulse.
ft, the tape counter 10 counts and reads the current tape position. However, when the tape is inserted, the position of the tape and the count value of the tape counter IO do not match.

When unwinding is completed by inserting the tape, the tape reel stops and the signal 1/ becomes a DC output. At the time of Jin, Figure 3 1A
When the signal 8 of the circuit I rises, the tape counter 10 is reset at the same time as the unwinding is canceled. This operation will be explained with reference to the circuit. When the signal B rises, a pulse appears at the output 14 of the gate 11 to release and stop tape running.Meanwhile, the signal S is input to the gate 12 as well.
The tape counter 10 is reset. As a result, the counted value of the tape counter 10 and the tape position match, resulting in number 9. Next, you can enter data using key 13, or use the OM [replacement] method, such as setting a data area at the beginning of the tape. Store the tape address in memory. For example, if you have recorded songs by several singers and want to listen to a specific person, or if you want to listen to a specific person's speech on a Kin 1 recording, you can use a program to play the tape. When specified, the microcomputer 9 fast-forwards to the desired tape address. The digital comparator 15 compares the address specified in the tn memory 14 with the count value of the tape counter IO, and if they match, it outputs the signal 9a. 1
When the tape running, such as fast forwarding, is stopped by 4, an input is sent to the control unit 16 at once to start tape playback. In addition, the tape counter IO receives an input signal 10G for controlling increase/decrease.
When a certain 0 roll is returned, the latch including the gate 17 is set by the signal 1gk, the signal 1111 becomes the ground level, and the tape counter IO is switched to the reduction mode.

In this way, when the tape is played back, fast-forwarded, or rewound, the tape counter always stores and counts the count value corresponding to the position of the tape.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably read the tape position necessary for random access to recorded contents.
