Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of windings, by winding a common winding on both a core of an electromagnetic coupling member having a winding and core, and a core of other electromagnetic coupling member, thereby to integral a plurality of electromagnetic coupling members. CONSTITUTION:A primary winding N1 is wound on a rectangular bobbin. A common winding N0 serving as both a secondary winding N2 of a transformer 1 and a choke winding 5 of a choke 2 is jointly owned by the primary winding N1 and the choke winding 5 which are connected in series in the same path in a circuit. A core 6 and a core 7 are wound with the common winding N0 as the mutual winding. When a secondary output end 9 is open, no current flows through the common winding N0, and no magnetic flux is produced in the core 7. When a current flows through the common winding N0, a magnetic flux is produced in the core 7 to provide an inductance.

Hereinafter, the Okaseoka of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 8 shows a concrete configuration of the circuit shown in FIG. 1. The primary winding Nl is wound around a rectangular body. No. is a common winding in which the secondary winding N of the transformer (1) and the choke winding (+1) of the choke (2) are the same winding, and this common winding No. is the same winding as the primary winding No. and the choke winding No. This is shared because the winding (5) and the winding (5) are connected in series on the same path of the circuit. (6) is a core formed of two semi-cylindrical pieces, which are connected to surround one leg of the primary winding No. and the common winding N0. (7) is a core surrounding the other leg of the common winding N0. In this way, the common winding N on both cores +61 (7). are wound as the same winding. Both cores +6

This is the secondary output terminal of Now, when the secondary output terminal (3) is opened, no current flows through the common winding No. Therefore, no magnetic flux is generated in the core (7). Common winding N. When a current flows through the core (γ), magnetic flux is generated in the core (γ), resulting in an interface. In such a case, the primary winding No. and the common winding N. The circuit shown in Fig. 1 can be configured with only two windings, 1 and 2, and can be rationalized to a great extent.

FIG. 4 shows a circuit diagram of another embodiment, in which a choke (10) is inserted in series on the input side of the transformer (1),
In addition, another transformer (1) is inserted and connected in series on the output side. Fig. 5 is an example of the configuration shown in Fig. 4, where N, 1 is the transformer tl) and the secondary winding of the other transformer (1) is inserted and connected in series. 11) Primary winding n! This common winding N is a common winding formed as the same winding. 1 is wound around the core O@ of the transformer (1) and the core α4) of the transformer (ll), respectively. No. is a common winding in which the primary winding No. of the transformer tl) and the choke winding n1 of the choke +101 are formed as the same winding, and this common winding N0. is wound around the core 02 of the transformer (1) and the core (IC4) of the choke (10).The secondary winding n of the transformer (11) is also wound around the core (+4). This is the secondary output terminal of the transformer (ll). For example, an amorphous ribbon is used as the material of the core (1@(1#(14)).(Iφ is core θ2 +9 (
It is the core of 14), and is formed by combining two semicircular glue 7I). The amorphous ribbon is wound around this core (Iφ) to form a core (12) H (14).
The creation method shown in the figure will be described below. First, common winding NO.
I Not and the secondary winding n1 are wound on respective bobbins. Each winding N. A semicircular piece is connected to the leg of the I N61 nt with adhesive to form a core body α. Then, by rotating the core (+@), the amorphous ribbon is wound to form each core HH (14).In addition to manual winding, f!ya, belt, etc. In the case of this example, five windings would be required if each member was formed individually, but by configuring it as shown in Fig. 5, only eight windings would be required. This has resulted in significant rationalization. Also, the connection between transformer (1), choke (1) and transformer (11) is eliminated, eliminating the need for wiring and improving wiring work efficiency.

Furthermore, the operating magnetic flux density and interface can be set by changing the number of windings of the amorphous ribbon of the core (IU: 014). By avoiding unreasonable stress on the rice grains, deterioration of magnetic properties can be reduced. FIG. 6 shows an eighth embodiment in which it is used in a self-excited isibverter type lighting circuit. ■ is an isiper consisting of a transistor 'rr, e a transformer for oscillation (1), etc., ns is a primary winding, n is a secondary winding, nb is a base feedback winding s n11

secondary winding np and choke winding n6 of choke (+7)
One leg is wound around the core (l@) of the transformer (1), and the other leg is wound around the core (a) of the choke (17+). The material of the core (I@) of the transformer (1) is an amorphous ribbon, and the core (B) of the choke 07 is made of ferrite. In this configuration, if each winding is formed individually, there are 8 windings. However, in this embodiment, the secondary winding np of the transformer (1) and the choke winding n6 of the choke (I?) are shared, so five windings are formed in total. It also eliminates the need for wiring between the transformer (1) and the choke (+7).By making the core (I) of the transformer (1) an amorphous thin strip, The operating magnetic flux density can be set and varied by the number of times the amorphous ribbon is wound.
? ) The interface can also be varied by inserting a spacer into the child yap q.

As described above, the present invention includes a core of an electromagnetic coupling member composed of a winding and a core of a choke, a transformer, etc., and a winding adjacent to the winding of the electromagnetic coupling member on the same path of the circuit. Since a common winding is provided that is wound as the same winding around the core of the electromagnetic coupling member of By winding around both cores that make up each electromagnetic coupling member, the number of windings can be reduced compared to the conventional method in which the windings were formed individually. There is no need for wiring as in the past, and the wiring workability is improved.
