[Detailed explanation of the idea] Conventionally, to cool the cabin of a vehicle such as a bus, a cooling unit combined with a cold air generating device is mounted on the bottom of the car body, and the cold air is blown into the cabin from here using a structure such as duct piping. The cooling compressor unit and the cooling unit are separated, and only the cooling unit is placed on the ceiling of the guest room, and cold air is blown directly into the guest room from there. Alternatively, a cooling unit is placed in the corner of the cabin ceiling, the back side of the ceiling is insulated into a duct structure, and the cold air passing through it is guided to multiple cabin fans separately placed on the ceiling near the center of the car body.
There was a model that cooled the entire cabin by stirring and supplying the air, but models that mounted the cooling unit at the bottom of the car body were designed to adjust the car body structure each time because the volume of concentrated weight was too large. Moreover, the vehicle body structure itself has to be strengthened and complicated.

In addition, this makes it impossible to limit the cabin volume or distribute weight, making it the most inconvenient structural means.
Separate compressor and cooling units can eliminate the above disadvantages to some extent, but require a large cooling duct in the corner of the ceiling, and this requires a large number of small air outlets, resulting in high airflow resistance. However, it has the disadvantage that it cannot sufficiently cool the spacious interior of the guest room.

Therefore, in the case of a model that uses cold air ducts in the ceiling of the guest room, the insulation and other ceiling structures are unavoidably complicated, and in addition, due to direct sunlight, the ceiling heats up unavoidably, and the cooling efficiency decreases significantly. The car body structure was not satisfactory, as the height was low.

3 is not limited to a guest room fan placed in the required number and appropriate position on the ceiling, but to improve the cooling efficiency of the guest room, it is usually an oscillating type electric fan or an axial cross flow fan. 4 is a separate type Koumu unit installed in the corner formed by the side of the vehicle body and the inside of the ceiling outer panel 1, and the interior is composed of recirculating wind blades and a heat exchanger. It has become.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a unit cover that covers the cooler unit 4 toward the inside of the cabin, which forms a part of the inside of the ceiling, has a dustproof net attached thereto, and has a cabin air suction section 6 and an auxiliary cold air exhaust lower.

Therefore, it is necessary to turn on the cooling operation switch and the passenger compartment fan 3 in the driver's seat of the vehicle, and to operate the cooler unit 4. The blowing direction is adjusted so that the blowing air is blown along the indoor side of the ceiling inner board 2 to the base of the guest room fan 3.

Since the passenger compartment fan 3 is operating here, the cold air can be easily sucked into the passenger compartment, agitated and diffused, and the interior of the passenger compartment can be cooled more effectively than ever before.

The present invention, which has the above-mentioned structural functions, is simple and does not require complicating the car body structure, especially the ceiling structure, unlike conventional ones, and does not adversely affect the height of the indoor car. Since it is easy to use, it is extremely easy to adjust functions during assembly.

Also, if the guide fins have a movable adjustable structure, the best function can be obtained at any time according to the shape of the car body ceiling and the position of the base of the ceiling passenger fan, that is, the position of the intake part. Since the cold air is blown directly along the curved surface of the ceiling in the room, there is no resistance to the flow of the cold air as in the case of passing through a duct, and a rich amount of air that does not spread can be ensured.

Also, like when cold air passes inside a ceiling, even if it can be prevented by using a wide range of insulation materials, the cold air that passes through the back of the ceiling panel 1, which has been burnt directly by high-temperature solar heat, will be warmed. However, according to the present invention, since the cold air 10 is constructed to pass under the inner ceiling panel 2 located at the lower surface, there is no possibility of any obstruction occurring during this process. do not have.

Moreover, this simple structure without a cooling duct has brought about completely new effects, such as being easier to install on the vehicle body than the conventional technology, and at the same time extremely easy to maintain.
