CONSTITUTION:A character data or a sound analyzing and synthesizing data, which is transmitted and received by a communication line 1 is stored in a buffer memory 3 through an MODEM2. The character data and the sound analyzing and synthesizing data, which are stored in this buffer memory 3 are inputted to a controlling circuit 4.
