、当該押えリングを貫通した上記通しボルトの下端ネジ
部に螺合したナツトを締付けることにより、上記弧状凹
部の底面と支柱管の下端面を突き合わせると共に、上゛
記フランジのテーパー面と弧状凹溝のテーパー面とをせ
