５ａ、５ｂはワッシャ、６はナツト、７５、はラグ板、
８はボス、９は測定管の接合端部、１０は電極取出し部
である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 焼結体で形成された被測定流体を流す導管とこの導管の
    一部が導電性焼結体として一体成形され、この導電性焼
    結体を電極として流量信号を検出するようにしたことを
    特徴とする電磁流量計。
