    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ペルチェ効果素子を備え、該ペルチェ効果素子により電
    子機器や素子などの被冷却物を環境温度以下に冷却して
    成る電子冷却装置において、上記被冷却物の冷却温度よ
    りも更に低温を発生保持して成る冷却部内蔵したことを
    特徴とする電子冷却装置。
