なお図面中、１はバッテリ、２はイグニッションキー、
３は電動タコメータ、６はパルサ、７はトランジスタイ
ブナイタ、１０はファンモータ、１２はＰｎＰ型トラン
ジスタ、１３はコンパレータ、１４は基準電圧源である

前記接続点と前記電動タコメータの間に設けられるスイ
ッチング手段と、基準電圧源と、この基準電圧源により
得る基準電圧と前記接続点に生じる電圧とを比較する比
較手段を備え、この比較手段の出力により、前記接続点
に生じる電圧が前記基準電圧より大きいときには前記ス
イッチング手段をオン状態とし、前記接続点に生じる電
圧が前記基準電圧より小さいときには前記スイッチング
手段をオフ状態とするように構成したことを特徴とする
