Claims (1)
から出力するシリンダ装置を、隔壁を介して連設した一
対のシリンダにおけるピストンを上記隔壁に気密状態で
貫通させたロッドで連結することにより構成し、上記入
口ポートを、一対のシリンダにおいてピストンにより区
画された隔壁側の昇圧室に、空気の流入のみを許容する
入口チェック弁を介して連通させると共に、上記出口ポ
ートを両昇圧室に空気の流出のみを許容する出口チェッ
ク弁を介して連通させ、上記入口ポートを調整弁及び上
記ピストンのストローク端への到達により切換えられる
駆動弁を介して両シリンダにおけるピストンの外端面側
の駆動室に連通させ、上記調整弁を、圧力設定手段によ
る設定値と出口ポートからフィードバックされた圧力信
号の偏差に応じて弁開口量を増大するものとして構成し
