This color classification is achieved not by color printing on the insulators, but by supplying resins of different colors (ground color and identification color) to an extruder and extruding these different colored resins onto the conductor. It is being done.

Therefore, the material in the extruder has to be replaced for each different circuit wire, and since the length of the wire manufactured differs depending on the color, inspection is troublesome, making process control complicated. Therefore, inventory management was troublesome.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2, the colored piece 26 is cut from a tape section formed by cutting a colored tape as described above, and in the embodiment of FIG. 1, this tape section is cut from an insulated wire. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the tape sections are provided so as to be wound along the circumferential surface of the insulated wire 120.

According to the present invention, as described above, since the colored piece is crimped together with the insulated wire by the connector terminal that is crimped and connected to the insulated wire, there is no need to color the insulated wire itself. A single color simplifies the wire manufacturing process and inventory management, and since the colored piece is crimped onto a somewhat elastic insulator rather than onto a conductor, it can be easily cut at the edge of the crimping holding part. It is possible to reliably identify circuit wires without any problems.
