Abstract

に剪断しなければならない場合には、まずモールディン
グの端部Aを規準面に突き当てて側面模aを切り落し、
次に同様にM跨Aを規準面に突き当てて橋絡縁すを切り
落し、最後(二側端縁a乃至橋絡縁すを規準面に突き当
てて残りの側端壁Cを切り落すようにされている。然し
、このように切断規準−を変えて剪断することは切断形
状にバラ付きが生じ易くて好オしくない。また、プレス

は、個々的に分離した状態で形成されているが、モール
ディングM(=連続し虎断端縁a −b −cを成形す
るよう実質上連続し念形状(;形取られている。また、
各刃先2m+ 3a * 4mは各側面毎(二横切り位
置が異なるため夫々位置をずらして設けられており、固
定ダイ1の各切断縁に対して剪断摺動可能に配@嘔れて
いる。固定ダイIにはポンチ2゜3と各々剪断摺動可能
な切断縁を形成するべく切欠1aが設けられ、ポンチ4
に対しては固定ダイlの端部が切断縁として形成されて
いる。各ポンチ2,3.4は流体シリンダ等で駆動する
よう構成してもよいが、図示実施例ではポンチ2.4が
カム5.6でt−+ポンチ3がカム5゜6と共に支持す
る昇降プレート(図示せず)に突出装着されている。昇
降プレートはガイドピン7.8に嵌合するスプリング(
図示せず)により上方に弾発移動可能に配置され、それ
を別途装置するプレス装置等C抑圧するととζ:より下
降動させることができる。ポンチ2.4はスライドパー
9.10で固定ダイl(=対して摺動移動可能に配置さ
れ、またスプリング(図示せず)で後退方向に引張偏倚
きれている。この各ポンチ2.4に対しては、後1sr
