対向配置した一対の発光素子及び受光素子と、ミラーへ
の入射光量を検出する光センサと、該光センサの入射光
量に応じて前記液晶素子の光透過率を所定の値に設定制
御すると共に、前記一対の発光素子及び受光素子によっ
て得られる液晶素子の実際の光透過率を前記設定された
所定の光透過率と比較し、該実際の光透過率が前記設定
された所定の光透過率に一致するよう補正する制御回路
とを備えたことを特徴とする液晶自動防眩ミラニ。
