The cardboard boxes currently in use have holes on both sides (large enough to fit four fingers), but the items stored inside the boxes are electronic equipment, etc. In the case of precision parts, food, medicines, etc., there is a risk that the quality of the stored items will deteriorate if dust, pests, or juniper, etc. enter through the 17 holes. In reality, the current situation is to use small cardboard packaging containers that are convenient to carry.3 However, making containers smaller is a good idea when it comes to storing things in the same capacity. A container is required, and the corrugated paper used is inevitably consumed in two folds1.From this point of view, a bag-shaped film is now attached to the RT hole of the cardboard box. Although reinforcing tape exists, since it is a dust-proof bag-like film attached to the inside of the through-hole, not only does dust accumulate inside the bag, but also the bag-like film is removed when taking items in and out of the box. There was a drawback that it got in the way, damaged the bag-like film, and invited dust etc. into the box1.As a result of intensive research to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventors found that
A very thin film with strong stretching force is stretched,
Step +-IF- where you can put four fingers into the film and press it.
A method for manufacturing a dust-proof reinforcing tape for the hand-cut part of a cardboard box, and a method for manufacturing a dust-proof reinforcing tape that can be produced by a continuous process to improve the productivity of the tape, and for applying the tape to the hand-cut part of a cardboard box. We were able to obtain an innovative method for efficiently tying threads in paper and f. υ1° reinforcing holes are bored at regular intervals, and on the other side, a film having a stretching force of at least I [times or more] is laminated and pasted to cover the holes,
A piece of dust-proof reinforcing tape was used, and a piece of cardboard with adhesive applied on one side was pulled out from the raw material wrapped around a ``''-le, and a continuous through-hole was made for reinforcing the holder, which also served as a hole for irradiating light to the phototube. The step of punching out the holes, and the process of punching out the 1 1 hole and applying adhesive to the cardboard
A 1″ culm on which a film with stretching strength is laminated and attached,
A cutting step of cutting the laminated and pasted cardboard into a tape shape in the longitudinal direction at predetermined width intervals using a slitter, and a step of winding each of the cut tapes into an rJ-roll shape. A method for manufacturing a dust-proof reinforcing tape for the carrying part of a cardboard box, which is precisely composed of the following: 1'u;I? - 1 to +[) wet adhesive to attach to the T' hanging hole of the box for reinforcement! In a continuous working method in which reinforcing tape provided with a coating layer is supplied with mushrooms and cut at regular intervals, the rolled reinforcing tape is continuously pulled out and brought into contact with a water-containing sponge or brush.・Choice culm that allows it to pass through and moderately moisturize it, and reinforcing tape for handbag reinforcement.
A cutter is actuated by sensing the light passing through the hole with a phototube and cutting the tape at a proper place in the middle of the hole. The carrying part of a cardboard box is made using the 13h JUST SOME TEZO, which is characterized by continuously pasting the reinforcing piece obtained in the J-step, which combines the cutting process, into the carrying hole of each separately prepared cardboard box. We will try to provide you with a working method that reinforces the.

Further, on the other side of the cardboard 1 opposite to the adhesive coated layer 2, a film 4 having a stretching strength of at least /+' times 1゛J, such as a polyurethane film or Hakutex film, etc. A processed rubber film or the like is laminated and adhered to cover the through hole 3. The adhesive in Adhesive Application 1 and 2 may be a pressure-sensitive adhesive used for ordinary packing tape, but in order to moderately moisten water in the working method of the present invention described later, it is necessary to use an internal adhesive in the PC. Adhesives are preferred, and transparent ones are preferred since it is necessary to apply a stretching force. In addition, if the thickness of the film that has stretching strength is 50μ or more, a considerably strong pushing force will be required to insert the hand, and if it is less than 30'6, it will lack instantaneous strength and use 1-strong/d properties. There is a defect in Furthermore, in the present invention, the cardboard 1
As shown in Fig. 1C, if a synthetic fiber net 5 made of polyethylene is laminated between cardboard 1, it can be used as a reinforcing tape more sufficient than P for reinforcing the carrying portion of a cardboard box. .

In the method of the present invention, a processed reinforcing tape 16 in the form of a roll is installed, which has a through hole 3 which also serves as a hole through which light is irradiated to the phototube, which corresponds to the carrying hole 26 of the target corrugated box. Apply water to the drawer and tape F side to moisten the aqueous glue coating layer to a state suitable for adhesion, and project light onto the tape surface, and the phototube detects the light transmitted through the front 5L through hole 3. The cutter is activated to cut the tape at the appropriate point in the middle of the through-hole 3, and the cut pieces of reinforcing tape are pulled out and successively pasted into the hand-held holes of each corrugated cardboard that is sent one after another via a separate passage. It consists of a combination of each process, and is characterized by a process in which the application of water to the glue layer and the operation of a cutter by a photoelectric tube are linked. A continuous work method for applying reinforcing tape is shown in the order of steps. In this figure, 16 is a step of installing the reinforcing tape on a roll and easily pulling it out;
27 is a water-containing sponge or Lt printing (upper part 28 is passed through the sponge in contact with the water-adding process to make it moderately moist and suitable for patching. Step 29 is a process in which light is projected from a light source 30 and 31 is applied). This is a cutting process in which the cutter 32 is actuated by the electric action detected by a phototube at a position before the through hole in the reinforcing tape to cut it. In this figure, process 27 is shown to precede 29-1: culm. However, in reality, the water application work and the cutting work according to the instructions from the phototube are linked to each other, and they are carried out almost simultaneously, and the cut reinforcing pieces 33 are then pulled out. and guided by another route,
The pasting process of pasting the continuously fed cardboard boxes 250 into the carrying hole 26 is shown at 34, and the reinforced step at 35;
1. The cut is the size of the through hole,
The planned cutting line 36 (imaginary line that does not actually appear in Figure 1 (a)) can be adjusted depending on the position, and this tape (width approximately 88α) is wound around 50 m and installed as a roll. Watering and cutting are carried out almost simultaneously using a combination of an attachment machine, a light source, a phototube, and a cutter that work together, and the cut reinforcing pieces that come out are inserted into the carrying hole of the cardboard box. Paste. By adopting this work method, it was possible to reduce the number of workers by 2 out of the 4 to 5 workers required in the past, and the point that it was not possible to start the next step immediately after pasting the reinforcing material was also eliminated. By using the tape with added C+ and the rewetting adhesive, it was possible to substantially achieve a continuous target angle c+], and the strength was also improved.

As is clear from the explanations of J') and l-, the manufacturing method of the present invention for pasting onto cardboard boxes involves punching out many through-holes from a roll of cardboard. Step,
+? - The dust-proof reinforcing tape for the part facing the box can be manufactured in large quantities, and the reinforcement 1133 can be continuously cut from the tape and efficiently affixed to the cardboard. In addition, in the present invention, a film having a stretching force of 5 times or more is laminated and attached to cover the through hole, so it is possible to easily insert a finger into the carrying hole when carrying a cardboard box without tearing the film. It can be used semi-permanently without getting in the way of stored items.
