If the cast iron is left as it is, there will be a gap between the J) L (parting line) surfaces of the fixed type and movable type, making it unusable, so PL.
It is necessary to polish the surfaces to match each other. Taking a mold as shown in Fig. 1 as an example, this PL matching work is performed by hardening a coloring agent such as Plu paste or Komyotan. It was necessary to apply it to one side, shape it, and polish the other side until the entire surface was colored.

By plastically deforming the surfaces to make them fit and performing PL surface matching, the objective listed in item 1 is achieved.
以下、この発明の方法を第2〜S図に基づいて説明する

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a protruding strip 10 is formed around the entire circumference of the PL surface of the fixed mold B along the cavity side. The cross-sectional shape of this protruding strip 10 is trapezoidal, and the height h is usually /-t11118 and the width 1) is /~6.

/c++! This is done using the mold clamping mechanism of the molding device or a general tryout press machine. Then, the protruding strip lO is plastically deformed and screwed onto the PL surface // of the movable die 7 facing the movable die 7. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
The L surface area 11 is neatly closed, and when a synthetic resin, rubber material, etc. is injected into the cavity 7, almost no cracks occur in the molded product. Note that the protruding stripes 10 protrude slightly from the cavity side due to pressing, but this protrusion can be easily removed by cutting or the like.In Example 1-2, the protruding stripes were formed on the fixed mold side, but they were formed on the movable mold side. It's okay. The raised stripes were formed integrally with the fixed 11rJ, but the fixed mold (or movable mold) was cast from hard or soft metal, and only the raised stripes were formed from another soft metal such as solder. It's okay.

By simply forming a protrusion along the cavity and blending the protrusion with the other 1'L/blood using a press, a beautiful J'L surface mating can be achieved. Therefore, since it can be made with J'L, or even an accent, and it takes only a short time, the production cost of the simple mold can be greatly reduced as a whole.
