側に張出す部分を有するエレベータかご昇降ル制御用の
機械室を、前記エレベータかご昇降通路の上方に設置す
ると共に、前記エレベータかごを最上階で停止させた状
態において、該エレベータかごの天井と機械室の床構造
との間に作業空間を形成し、かつ、前記機械室の張出し
部分と屋上との間の空間を縦壁で囲った多層集合住宅に
おけるエレベータ塔屋の構造であって、前記機械室張出
し部分の下部空間を最上階の住戸の空間に連通させであ
ることを特徴とする多層集合住宅におけるエレベータ−
塔屋の構造 ■ 前記縦壁に採光窓を設けて、前記下部空間を吹抜け
に構成しであることを特徴とする実用新案請求の範囲第
０項に記載の多層集合住宅におけるエレベータ−塔屋の
