FIG. 1 shows a folding portion of a conventional endoscopic catheter as an example of an endoscopic treatment instrument. That is, in this case, the buckling member 2 made of a single elastic cylindrical body is fitted near the proximal end of the sheath 1, and the proximal ends of the sheath 1 and the buckling member 2 are fixed to the base 3. The structure is as follows. Therefore, a gap 4 is created between the folding member 2 and the sheath J, which opens to the outside at the distal end thereof. Therefore, when this catheter is cleaned or immersed in a disinfectant solution, liquid will enter the gap 4. Moreover, since the gap 4 is opened only at one end on the tip side, the liquid once inside cannot be easily discharged to the outside. In particular, some chemical solutions are usually toxic to living organisms, and subsequent processing is extremely troublesome.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and its purpose is to provide a sanitary endoscopic treatment tool that prevents liquid from entering the inside of the stopper member.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 2. , This example shows an endoscopic catheter 11. This catheter 1 consists of a flexible sheath 12 made of synthetic resin, and a base 13 that is fitted into and fixed to the proximal end of the sheath 12. The cap 13 is for connecting an injection tool (not shown) or the like. Furthermore, a buckling preventing member 1 made of an elastic tube is provided on the outer periphery of the buckling preventing portion 14 near the proximal end of the sheath 12.
6 is fitted. The base end 15 of this anti-folding member 15
& is fitted into the connection ends J, 9& of the base 13 in a liquid-tight manner.

Further, a slight gap 16 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the sheath 12 and the inner circumferential surface of the anti-folding member J6, but this gap 16vC is densely filled with an elastic filler J7. That is, the gap 16 is filled with the elastic filler 17 and is liquid-tightly sealed to prevent liquid from entering.

By the way, the above-mentioned folding part is assembled by the following procedure. First, the breakage prevention member 15 is fitted onto the sheath J2, and then the cap 13 is attached, and the member 15 is shifted to the distal end side away from the breakage prevention portion 14.

In this state, a silicone rubber filler, for example, as the elastic filler 17 is applied relatively thickly to the outer circumferential surface of the breakage preventing portion J4 of the sheath 12. Next, the breakage preventing member 15 is pushed and moved toward the proximal end of the sheath 12 while allowing the silicone rubber filler to enter inside thereof. Then, the base end 15IL of the anti-folding member 15 is fitted into the connecting end 13a of the base 13 and fixed. This allows the gap J6 to be filled with the elastic filler 17.

Although the above embodiments have been described with respect to catheters, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be similarly applied to other treatments used in endoscopes, such as forceps.

As described above, according to the present invention, the gap between the sheath and the anti-folding member is liquid-tightly sealed, thereby preventing liquid from entering. Therefore, post-processing to drain the liquid after washing is unnecessary or simple. Further, since the present invention is a means for filling the space between the sheath and the anti-folding member with a filler, the manufacturing method thereof is simple and can be provided at low cost.
