Therefore, the reality is that its functions and effects cannot be practically used for anything other than things that have many uses.

Language is stored as each element, and the user can arbitrarily compose a language using one element, thereby making it possible to use a voice generator for purposes that could not be used in the past. The aim is to make it available for use. The range of applications of speech generators is wide, such as expressing the will of a deaf-mute or sending a message to a child, and in the case of devices with a large amount of memory, by expressing a large number of signals individually as language, it is possible to identify them. This will expand greatly and increase the number of people who will benefit from it.
以下本発明の一実施例を図面を用いて説明する。An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This is a microcomputer for operating the . In the case of a conventional device, a predetermined language is stored in the audio-only memory 2. In response to this, signals as the sound source pitch, reflection coefficient, and volume of the language in the audio-only memory 2 are input to the speech synthesis element 1 by a command from the microcomputer 40 . In the speech synthesis element 1, the sound is classified into voiced and unvoiced sounds based on the pitch of the sound source, and the amplitude is changed depending on the volume. The sound is then outputted through a digital filter formed by each reflection coefficient, a digital-to-analog converter, and an amplifier. This output signal is emitted by the speaker 3. In this case, since the audio-only memory 2 has a limited storage capacity, the languages that can be stored therein are limited. Therefore, in order to carry out conversations in everyday life, a memory with a huge storage capacity is required. Therefore, the present invention has a configuration as shown in FIG.

is uttered from. In this case, the memory 5 only stores the array of elements as a language, and the audio-only memory 2
Since it is sufficient to store only the signals of the language elements shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to perform the language utterance required by the user without requiring a huge storage capacity as in the conventional case.

As a result, elements of any language can be retrieved by operating the key operation section, and the storage capacity of the voice-only memory is also small.
