In an array antenna in which an antenna opening is formed by an array of waveguides, a hole corresponding to a feed port for feeding radio waves is provided in the opening, and a groove corresponding to the array of waveguides is formed in the opening. 1. An array antenna characterized in that the above panel and a second panel having a slot for radiating radio waves from the opening are stacked together and their abutting surfaces are welded to form an integrated structure.
