The present invention was made for the purpose of providing a cuff nose for manufacturing sepia colored glass, a warm color that has been popular in the Gaffs Mulberry World for a long time.
hru. In glass**S, sepia color means a reddish-brown color like the hue of the sky at dusk, and in order to achieve this one color, in the present invention, 8e, Fa, 0. b; Use 716
However, as pointed out in the aforementioned Japanese Patent Publication No. 44-14825 and the specification of Japanese Patent No. 2955884, S. is easily volatilized, so it cannot be used as a cuff with stable quality.
Although it is said that there are technical difficulties in manufacturing the frit, the present inventor has succeeded in obtaining a stable and high-quality sepia color frit by devising the composition of the cuff. There are some successful ones. Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a cuff-frit for producing sepia-colored glass, and the second object is to provide a cuff-frit for producing sepia-colored glass, which is stable in quality and can be kept constant for a long time. The company provides 6J-capable cuff frits. The gist of the present invention, which was made to achieve the objective of C1, is that SiO,

Here 8i0. and AI, O, are basic components for forming glass as a color frit, and if the content is less than 40%, the chemical resistance of the color frit as a glass will be significantly reduced, making it difficult to use for ordinary cuffs. It becomes difficult to use it for one feeder. J1! ! -K8IO1 and ^1ρ,
If the content of the color frit is increased, the meltability becomes difficult when melting the raw material of the color frit for manufacturing the cuff frit, resulting in the disadvantage of causing volatilization of a high a1 concentration of 140σC or more. Therefore, in the present invention, tC

a, 0. It is a saponified product of alkali metals such as K40. All of these are essential components for imparting suitable properties to the glass by blending them into the glass-forming saponified product (Sin) at an appropriate mixing ratio.
If it is out of the range of 0.01% to 40%, there will be disadvantages such as difficulty in vitrification of the color frit and easy occurrence of devitrification.

Along with the content ranges of R and O, C is within a range that can be adjusted as appropriate by glass manufacturing engineers.
In C, the content of ZNO was increased to 8 to 15% to prevent the volatilization of S due to the reaction between Ss and 24. !
It increases AWIl strength, stabilizes color development, and improves the chemical resistance of color frit. B, 0. F. together with & is an essential color component for obtaining sepia color, and contains 01-104 when converted as F.ρ. F. reacts with S. to become Fog@ in the glass, which together with the color development of 8e produces a sepia color.
If a is less than 0.1%, the glass will be easily affected by fluctuations in the iron content contained as an impurity in the original glass before adding the color frit, making it difficult to obtain a stable sepia color with a color feeder. becomes.

On the other hand, if F* exceeds 10, the proportion of F* that reaches the meltable edge of 8* becomes excessive, and the brown color becomes deep, making it impossible to obtain a sepia color. In this way, F. is easily combined with S. It is obtained by melting together with FebIC51j and the S. component. This is the second feature of the present invention.
