Claims (1)
鉄心と該コイルとの間は絶縁されており、かつ鉄心コイ
ル共に水冷される冷却水通路を有する誘導コイル集合体
を、被溶接鋼管素材の溶接エツジ直上に、かつ鉄心と管
周方向が直角になるように対向させ、その時発生する誘
導磁束を素材の溶接エツジ外面から素材の直径方向に貫
通させ、この磁束によって誘起される渦電流によって素
材の溶接エツジ部を加熱し溶融圧接させることを特徴と
する電縫管用誘導溶接機。An excitation coil is wound around the iron core as a primary winding, the iron core and the coil are insulated, and an induction coil assembly having a cooling water passage where both the iron core coil and the iron core coil are water-cooled is attached to a steel pipe material to be welded.
