部から出力されるパルスを検出する入力パルス検出部と
、前記信号入力部から出力されるパルスをそのまま転送
するか反転して転送するかを選択する選択スイッチと、
該選択スイッチから出力されるパルスの立上りを検出す
る入力信号立上り検出部と、前記選択スイッチから出力
されるパルスの立下りを検出する入力信号立下り検出部
と、前記入力信号立上り検出部の出力でクロックの計数
を開始し前記入力信号立下り検出部の出力でクロックの
計数を停止するカウンタと、前記入力レベル判定部、入
力パルス検出部及びカウンタの出力を表示する表示部と
