コレクタ２に供給するためのポンプ３付き第１水路４を
設けるとともに、前記太陽熱コレクタ２からの水を前記
貯留タンク１内に還元させるための第２水路５を設け、
前記ポンプ３に対する出力可変型の駆動装置１０を、起
動指令に基づいて高出力状態で作動させるとともにそれ
に伴って前記第２水路５内に水が充満されると低出力状
態で作動させるように、作動状態を自動的に切換操作さ
れる状態で設けた強制循環型太陽熱温水器であって、前
記雨水路４，５のうちの最上位部分を外気開放する状態
と閉じる状態とに切換える弁１５を、外気温又は循環水
の温度を検出する温度、検出センサー１１の情報に基づ
いて、外気温ある（くは水温が水凍結温度近くの温度以
下にあるとき ・においてのみ前記開放状態に維持させ
るべく自動的に開閉操作される状態で設けであることを
