    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷凍装置１の冷媒回路に給湯用熱交換器２を介装し、該
    熱交換器２により貯湯槽３内の水を加温するごと（した
    ヒートポンプ式給湯機であって、前記貯湯槽３に、仕切
    壁４を設けて、加温室５と貯溜室６とを画成し、前記加
    温室５の水を前記熱交換器２による加熱で加温するごと
    く成すと共に′、前記加温室５に給湯管７を接続する一
    方、前記仕切壁４に、前記加温室５と貯溜室６とを連通
    ずる連通路８を設け、この連通路８に、前記加温室５内
    の温度上昇で弁開度を開側に調節するサーモバルブＶを
    設けたことを特徴とするヒートポンプ式
