に外軸部をそれらの間に円筒状間隙を設けて同心上に外
嵌し、該内軸部と外軸部の間に外張り式クラッチ用コイ
ルスプリングを介在させてなるもので、該コイルスプリ
ングは、外周面に所定巾のクラッチ面を有する線材を捲
回してなり、該コイルスプリングの一端は前記内軸部に
設けられた係止部に回転不能に係止され、他端は自由端
となし、かつ、該コイルスプリングの前記係止部以外の
内周面は前記内軸部の外周面より離間され、該コイルス
プリングの外周面に形成された前記クラッチ面はコイル
スプリング自身の弾撥力によって前記外軸部の内周面に
面接触していることを特徴とするスプリングクラッチ。
